Santa Rosa Island - point and click We made a run to Cuylers and on the way stopped in Johnsons Lee on Santa Rosa Island this season. Mouse over Johnsons Lee on Google Earth's Santa Rosa pic and you'll go right to the spot. The "Lee" btw can be pretty ferocious, though rarely a lee shore. Our experience was sublime, but we had a couple of extraordinarily calm days. The only other recognized anchorage is Bechers. It's one of the least lovely anchorages on the northern channel islands, but it is on the way to Cuylers, one of the most beautiful.
