Wild WX on Southern California Coast

It’s been pretty sporty the last few days: White caps in the harbor, 20 degrees of heel on Sancerre while tied in her slip, wind gauge pegged at 60 kts.

We looked at it, watched the swells breaking in the Channel at Ventura and the mountains of water exploding over the Channel Islands Harbor breakwater and went back home.

Wx is way better now. Maybe a little too calm, but safe.
