Our boat, the Sailing Vessel Wiley, is named for our favorite dog, dead now seven years. To say that we value the companionship of our pets and that getting over the loss of a pet is not easily done does not begin to convey our understanding of this loss. We are available to work with you to create a pet funeral at sea service that will articulate your feelings. We do not help you forget, for we believe that active remembering of our animal companions can enrich us throughout our human lifetime.

We perform pet funerals at no charge for working dogs: police, seeing-eye and others that are professional assistants to humans.

Up to Four Participants: Fees start at $550


Up to Six Participants: Fees start at $650


More than Six Participants: Fees start at $800


If more than six wish to witness the service, we will perform the service near shore beneath a promontory north of Ventura.
We will provide a radio so that participants can hear the service and binoculars for viewing.
Note that this method makes the service accessible to the infirm and those who simply do not want to sail.
